La Conner is a charming little town about 1 hour north of Seattle. La Conner hosts the Skagit Valley Tulip Festival in April and during the summer visitors can enjoy the multitude of roadside berry and local farmer stands. But in February, it is a little quaint place to visit, have some lunch, go shopping, and enjoy the riverside view.
