Project Runway Season 14 begins on August 6. I am very excited! In preparation, I’ve been watching some old seasons, getting back in the sewing groove. I enjoy re-watching the show from the beginning and seeing how it has evolved and improved over time.
One of the things I love about Project Runway are the judges’ comments. Sometimes they make me laugh so hard. I think Michael Kors may have been the most honest and hilarious judge on the show. From seasons 1-10, we were treated to his campy sense of humor and fabulous design experience. Nothing against the current judges, but sometimes I miss his witty quips. Here are some of my favorite Michael Kors’ quotes from Project Runway:
“She looks like she’s a barmaid serving her hair.”
“She looks like a disco soccerball.”
“It’s a little Shirley McClaine when she played a hooker with a heart of gold.”
