Top Ten Tuesday was created by The Broke and the Bookish in June of 2010 and was moved to That Artsy Reader Girl in January of 2018. It was born of a love of lists, a love of books, and a desire to bring bookish friends together.
This week’s topic is Bookish Wishes. For this one, the aim is to list the ten books you’d love to own and provide a link to your wishlist so people can “grant” your wishes. Well, I have so many books and I don’t need any new ones, so I’m doing things a little differently. I’m listing out ten of my own bookish wishes – bookish things I wish would happen, or bookish places to visit and see.
Here are my 10 bookish wishes:
1. Spend the night at the Inn BoonsBoro, a bed and breakfast owned by Nora Roberts where each room is named after literary lovers.
2. Attend a live taping of the Fated Mates book podcast.
3. Attend more book festivals, such as the National Book Festival in Washington, DC, or themed festivals like Thrillerfest or Romance Con.
4. Visit some amazing libraries, such as the Trinity College Library in Dublin, the George Peabody Library in Baltimore, or the Morgan Library & Museum in New York.
5. Go to some great bookstores, such as Shakespeare and Company in Paris and Beacon Hill Books & Cafe in Boston.
6. Have a reading retreat with other bookish friends.
7. Write my own book.
8. Have unlimited time to read!
9. A fun journaling kit.
10. A lifetime supply of journals to fill up with all my thoughts.
Okay, those last two aren’t necessarily bookish, but I consider them to be book-related since a journal is a book!
Happy reading!

Fun list!
Yes, I would LOVE a reader’s retreat! Great list!
Thanks!
I hope all of these come true for you.
